Meet Our Team

Ron graduated from Minerva High School. During his high school career, he was very active in the FFA (Future Farmers of America) Program. He served as a member of the officer team, and attained his State FFA Degree, which is the 2nd to the highest Degree a member can receive.

Ron holds certificates issues by the Accredited Snow Contractor Association (ASCA). Ron is a nationally recognized leader in the snow industry, who enjoys attending multiple formal and informal events each year with the best in the snow industry.  Over the years Ron has also been very active member of the Snow and Ice Management Association, not only as a member but as Committee member and Facilitator at symposiums. Ron has also been featured in several national trade publications.

Away from work, Ron enjoys time with his family, and working on the family farm. In his spare time, he enjoys, grilling, traveling, Camping, and serving the community and learning.

After Graduating in 2011 from Louisville High School, Marsha attended Stark State for Business management and administration.  After Joining the Office team in 2013 as our Admin Assistant, she was promoted to office Manager in the Spring of 2016.

Since the Winter of 2020, Marsha has been tasked with overseeing the internal operations of our office team and is moving into her new role as Director of Human Resources.

Marsha is a Key member of our internal operations and leadership team. Two of her biggest achievements have been implementation our instant communication and paperless policies.

In her free time Marsha enjoys camping with her family, playing pool and raising two boys.

Julia rejoins the clapper team in the winter of 2021, as our office administrator. Julia is currently attending collage to earn her RN degree, with the hopes of becoming a Surgical Nurse.  In her free time, she loves to watch movies with her cats and spend time with her family!

Zach Joined the Clapper Team in the Fall of 2020 and is currently the Area Manger for Snow Operations in the Alliance area. When its not snowing, he can be found in the office working on sales, marketing, and making awesome social media posts!

Zach is a 2017 Graduate of Louisville High School. Since graduating, he has been primarily employed in the construction industry, where he has been involved in project management and sales.

 Zach has attained certificates not only in sales and marketing, including various construction related subjects but he is Currently working on obtaining several Landscape certificates including his Advance Snow Mangers (ASM).

During his Time away from the office, Zach enjoys spending time with his family, Enjoying the outdoors, and a good round of golf.
